2026 Northern California Undergraduate Research Symposium (NCURS)

The Chemistry department at Sonoma State is proud to host the ACS Northern California Undergraduate Research Symposium (NCURS).

The event will be held at our campus located in the newly renovated Stevenson Hall on May 2nd, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available for all ACS NCURS attendees in Parking Lots E-—we’ve covered the cost for you! 

Please note, CSU permits from other campuses are valid in general lots only (not reserved lots) — permit must be clearly displayed.

Parking Attendant: A parking attendant will hand out printed permits at Parking Lot E from 8am to 10am. 

Parking permits are required at all times.

Please encourage your students to submit an abstract by the April 10, 2026 deadline at

Presentation guidelines:

Oral presentations: 15 minutes

Poster presentations: maximum 3 ft x 4 ft (h x w)
